If within 7 days of purchasing from us, you can find the same product cheaper then we will refund 150% of the difference.

To qualify :

• Products must be of the same specification - ie life rating, power, energy rating.
• The competitive products must be in stock
• Price comparisons must be made including basic delivery charges.
• Auctions are excluded.
• The competitor must have a land line phone number and address displayed on their site.
• To claim just email us with the web site url and a contact phone number for the supplier - we will verify the claim and if correct will refund you with 150% of the price differential.

We want you to buy with confidence - all our lightbulbs now come with a guarantee that if they don’t last for their rated life then they will be replaced. For halogen bulbs this is 6 months whilst for Low Energy lamps it is 12 months from the date of purchase.

In the event of failures within this period, just send the faulty lamp back and it will be replaced with one of equal or better performance.
