Snoring or sleep apnea, might seem such a serious issue UNTIL you have to share a bed with someone who snores. Disturbed sleep and the consequent irritability has caused many couples to sleep apart which can obviously affect relationships.
DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!
We aim to bring you a selection of products which can offer some help and relief to this very real problem and stop snoring or at least reduce it without resorting to surgery.
These products have been specially selected as offering a realistic possibility of improving sleep apnea. We have seen all kinds of cures, therapies and remedies offered and some frankly belong back in the wild west, however there are others which can and do work. Unfortunately some of the most successful remedies are also incredibly intrusive to use - for example some of the face masks work very well however who really wants to go to bed wearing one of those!
We are trying to offer solutions for sleep apnea which are not only effective but simple to use after all if you are not comfortable with a piece of equipment and don’t use it then there is absolutely no chance of it helping improve the condition whatever claims are made on the box.
Snorestopper
The Snorestopper
is simplicity itself to use - just wear it like a watch turn it on and go to sleep - if you don’t
snore then nothing happens, however shoring will trigger the device which emits small electric pulses causing
you to move which in itself is usually enough to stop the snoring. Rated 9/10 by Woman’s Own magazine.
Nozovent
