YourWelcome is an online lighting retailer that caters for both domestic and commercial requirements. We stock all common lamps and fittings and only sell products that we have tried and tested ourselves to try to ensure the upmost reliability. We have been established since 1987 and during that time have been involved in the design and development of a number of TeNS pain control devices. We had our own R&D facility and manufacturing site, both of which were sold a few years ago to allow us to focus on building a customer focused internet trading business.

Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with any purchase from Yourwelcome.co.uk, you may return any products back to us within 14 working days of receipt providing that the product is in a resell able condition, this means that the product not damaged, and the product has not been used other than to check its function, and that the product is complete with the original packing. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer
Delivery Charges
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges, unless specified otherwise.
Written Confirmations
After your order has been placed an email will be sent to you including all information you are likely to require.
Cancelling Orders
Orders can be cancelled by emailing support@yourwelcome.co.uk stating the order reference. Credit / Debit cards will be refunded within 5 working days.
Privacy Policy
Any information that we will collect about you, will be used only in normal order completion and account processing activities and will be used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will never pass your details on to another party without your permission. Any credit card numbers given are immediately shredded after use and numbers are not retained electronically.
