In the event of your system not functioning correctly the following procedure should be followed.1 Telephone Customer Service on 01926 485154 having the model number and date of purchase available.2 We will liaise with the manufacturer to confirm whether the the fault can be rectified by the provision of a replacement part, additional advice, or whether a site visit will be required.3 If a site visit is required, it will be booked and the date of call confirmed with you4 If after investigation the fault is found not be a manufacturing defect but is installation related, then a minimum charge of £100 will be made which you will pay directly to the service engineer. |
