In the event of a problem with your unit . .

In the event of your system not functioning correctly the following procedure should be followed.

1 Telephone Customer Service on 01926 485154 having the model number and date of purchase available.

2 We will liaise with the manufacturer to confirm whether the the fault can be rectified by the provision of a replacement part, additional advice, or whether a site visit will be required.

3 If a site visit is required, it will be booked and the date of call confirmed with you

4 If after investigation the fault is found not be a manufacturing defect but is installation related, then a minimum charge of £100 will be made which you will pay directly to the service engineer.
