Product Description

Fire tested & assessed for up to 90 minutes and suitbale for use in shower areas where it's IP65 rating means it meets Building Regulations. In the event of a fire the intumescent material completely seals the downlighter. Very easy to install with a screw on front and a high power LED lamp giving an excellent light coverage. IP65 rated water resistance.

Contributes to the fire resistance performance of a fire rated ceiling/floor construction for up to 90 mins - built protection against the spread of fire & noise pollution

Maintains fire integrity performance without firehood

Can demonstrate compliance with the Fire Safety & Sound Insulation requirements of the various national UK Building Regulations. (Approved Document B & Approved Document E - England & Wales; Part 2 & Part 5 of the Technical Handbook - Scotland; Technical Booklet E - Northern Ireland)
