Wiring standard RGB LED strip (NOT FlexConnect) together requires some soldering and general DIY experience. For those not comfortable with basic electrical wiring techniques, consider using the push-fit FlexConnect LED strip or our Made to Measure service. - As per the simple wiring diagram above. wire your mains input to the driver, connecting the live and neutral wires into the corresponding L and N on the driver input. - Connect into your RGB LED Controller using two cables, from -V and +V respectively. You will notice there are three of each of these outputs on the 200w driver, this is for multiple outputs so any will work fine. Ensure correct polarity by making sure that -V and +V are linked to the -ve and +ve respectively on the controller input. - You will need four cables to join your controller to the strip. These are +12v, R (red), G (green) and B (blue). Attach to the controller using the screw-terminals and solder the other end to the corresponding marked terminals on the strip. Connecting the output of the controller to the wrong terminal on the strip (i.e. blue to green) will result in the strip displaying different colours to those you select on the remote. - Join each piece of strip in the same way. Connect the +12v, R, G and B terminals of the two strips using four cables of your desired length. Solder into place, being careful to keep the terminals separate to avoid short-circuits.
