| Why should you use Quartz electric patio heaters rather than gas for ouotdoor heating - there are several key reasons - running costs are dramatically lower than gas, they produce instant heat with no warm up time and as they use infra red, the heat does not blow away - infra red heats you not the air.Obviously being electric patio heaters there are no emissions and it's safe and clean in operation.Did you know that heaters with glass fronts will need their lamps changing much more frequently than those with wire guards? It's obvious really, as the glass front ones mean there is no natural air flow to cool the heaters which will cause earlier failure. Our wire fronted models will have a almp life of 5-7000 hours whilst the glass front ones will be around 1000 hours.All that glistens is not gold! - many cheaper heaters might look the same but look under the skin and you'll find real differences.
