This is a 3.2kw (12000BTU) system suitable for rooms up to
29m2
in size. From Marstair - the Uk's largest independent Air Con manufacturer - a quality system supplied with full digital remote control enabling you to set and forget the temperature or set it to operate for a selected period.
Everything you need is supplied including 4m pipes, connecting cables and condensate pipe - no gas is required (the system is pre gassed), and this system can be either DIY fitted or professionally installed for a cool & comfortable room. As it is a heat pump it offers economical heating in cooler months as well as summer cooling!

As these systems require a 20amp isoltated electrical supply they will require professional installation
Supplied with full digital remote control enabling you you set and forget the temperature and programme the on off times as required. The price shown includes 6m pipes and all electrical connecing cables.

What size unit do I need?
- Size really does matter - if the unit is too small it's a waste of time whilst if it's too big you will get temperature swings and the running costs will be higher than necessary. Some guideline on loads are shown below - just calculate the total and then chose the appropriate size unit (1Kw = 1000watts)
Large open plan office - 125 watts per square metre
Small office - 150 watts per square metre
Living Room - 110 watts per square metre
Bedroom - 90 watts per square metre
Obviously if the room has large south facing windows or lots of heat generating equipment then you should allow more cooling power.
Can these be mounted on a dwarf wall?
- yes but the efficiency of the system will be reduced by some 20%
Where do the pipes come out?
- as standard they feed out from the back, however they can be routed out of the left or right hand sides if required.
Are they economical heaters?
- yes - the beauty of these unit is that they contain heat pumps which generate more heat than they use. For example a 3kw radiant electric heater consures 3kw power and outputs 3kw heat which is a coefficient of performance (COP) of 1 - our units have a COP of 3 that is for every Kw of power consumed they generate 3kw of heat saving you significant amounts on your heating biills.
Which gas does it use?
- currently we use R410a which is environmentally friendly.
Can more than one internal unit be powered from 1 external unit?
- no you will need 1 indoor unit for each outdoor unit. For Multi head units you will need to look at the Fujitsu range.
