Delivery Information

Delivery costs on our site are based on the weight of the items.

We don't try and make a profit from delivery charges - charges range from £1.99 up to £6.99 (unless you choose adiditional services.

Free delivery: on orders over £100 (ex vat) then delivery is free within our standard UK delivery zones.

Larger orders in the UK are sent via DPD on either a next day or 2 day service whilst deliveries throughout Europe are made either by DPD on a 2-3 day service or for small items we will use Royal Mail Air Mail services. Although we do our best to ensure that all orders are delivered within the estimated delivery dates it is entirely possible that a small number of parcels may exceed the estimated delivery period due to factors outside our control . This can include the locality of the delivery address, delays within the postal service or exceptionally busy periods such as approaching Xmas.

If a parcel has been sent by DPD we can provide you with a tracking number as soon as the goods have been despatched - you can then track them via the DPD website to find out when they will be delivered.

UK Delivery costs on our site are simple.

Please remember that if you upgarde to Next Working Day Service, this means the next WORKING day so orders despatched on friday will be delivered monday. On smaller items we may elect to use Royal Mail Special Delivery which DOES deliver on Saturday. The courier delivery service is only available in the UK mainland (exc highlands). This means we do not provide Courier deliveries to the Isle of Man or Channel Isles. If you request next working day delivery we must have the order before 2.30 as our courier collection is at 3.00pm.

On high value orders despatch may take up to slightly longer as we undertake additional anti fraud checking.

If a parcel has been sent by Royal Mail then you must allow up to 14 days for delivery before we will take further action. If you have used the Next Day Courier Service then please contact us if the goods are not delivered on time and we will track your parcel. You can contact us at support@yourwelcome.co.uk.

Mistakes - if we make a mistake then we will pay for the return of items, if however the mistake is yours then we will exchange or refund however the items must be returned at your cost.

Breakages- breakages must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt and will be replaced at our cost.

Estimated times

The estimated delivery time is the time taken to pack, despatch and deliver your order to your door.

We constantly review our process and delivery methods to ensure that the total delivery time is kept to an absolute minimum.

Please Note these delivery times are an estimate and same day despatches will only happen if you order before 4.00pm on a workday - orders placed after 2.00pm MAY be despatched the same day but this cannot be guaranteed even for overnight courier shipment.

We have selected the delivery methods that we believe offer the safest delivery of your items in a reasonable time frame.

Our deliveries are made by either Royal Mail or DPD.
