UK Delivery costs on our site are simple.
Order values up to £10 the basic delivery charge is £1.99p
Orders between £10 and £50 the basic delivery charge is £3.50
Order over £50 delivery is FREE
Our maximum UK mainland delivery charge is £6.99, which is for next day carrier delivery. Please remember this is the next WORKING day so orders despatched on friday will be delivered monday. On smaller items we may elect to use Royal Mail Special Delivery which DOES deliver on Saturday. The courier delivery service is only available in the UK mainland (exc highlands). This means we do not provide Courier deliveries to the Isle of Man or Channel Isles.
On high value items such as air conditioning systems despatch usually takes 2-3 days as we undertake additional anti fraud checking
Although we do our best to ensure that all orders are delivered within the estimated delivery dates it is entirely possible that a small number of parcels may exceed the estimated delivery period due to factors outside our control . This can include the locality of the delivery address within the UK, delays within the postal service or exceptionally busy periods such as approaching Xmas.
If a parcel has been sent by Royal Mail then you must allow up to 14 days for delivery before we will take further action. If you have used the Next Day Courier Service then please contact us if the goods are not delivered on time and we will track your parcel. You can contact us at support@yourwelcome.co.uk.
Mistakes - if we make a mistake then we will pay for the return of items, if however the mistake is yours then we will exchange or refund however the items must be returned at your cost.
Breakages- breakages must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt and will be replaced at our cost. |

We constantly review our process and delivery methods to ensure that the total delivery time is kept to an absolute minimum.Please Note these delivery times are an estimate and same day despatches will only happen if you order before 2.00pm on a workday - orders placed after 2.00pm MAY be despatched the same day but this cannot be guaranteed even for overnight courier shipment.We have selected the delivery methods that we believe offer the safest delivery of your items in a reasonable time frame.Our deliveries are made by either Royal Mail or City Link. |
